Innovation and educational leadership and its influence in the social and academic relations of university postgraduate students

The present investigation tries to relate the influence of the student perception of a postgraduate academic program in innovation and educational leadership, in the social and academic relations established by its students; for this; A quantitative study with cross-section and descriptive, exploratory and correlational scope was carried out. The study population corresponds to students with a professional educational-teaching profile, in an age range between 31-50 years. Two instruments for the collection of the information were constructed, in addition, the Orange software version 3.22.0 was used for the statistical analysis and the GEPHI software, for the analysis of the social and academic relations established by the target population. The results of the study allowed to show the direct influence of the perception of innovation and educational leadership in the conformation and consolidation of academic processes and social skills in its students.
